How do I order?

Yes, because they are transmitted to CCNow via an SSL-secured connection
and go no further. They are treated confidentiality and not passed
on to anyone.
What currencies
do you take?
We accept US dollar, Euro and Swiss Francs. The online payment system
is settled in US dollar only. To pay in Euro or Swiss Francs please

Why does the cart
let me order more than one of a unique work?
It is a standard shopping cart application. Leave the number field
as one - all our works are one-offs.

Is it true that
CCNow will appear as the invoicing party on my credit card statement?
Yes, that is correct.
What do I do if
a work has been damaged in transit?
Return it immediately in its original packaging. If possible, we
will carry out repairs, otherwise we will contact you to discuss
a replacement or refund.
What should I do
if I don't like the work I have received?
If you don't like the arrangement you have ordered, you have ten
days from receipt in which to return it in its original packaging.
You will get your money back.
Can the works be
bought in shops or galleries?
No. If we select any galleries or shops as sales outlets, we will
make an announcement in the News section.

What should you
do about dust if no glass dome is available to fit my arrangement?
The composition of some arrangements is too large to fit under a
glass dome. You have three options:
1. Put the arrangement in a display case.
2. Order a special edition of the arrangement by email. The ship
miniature and the arrangement will be completely new build at no
additional cost. The size of the arrangement will be rescaled.
3. Dust the arrangement regularly by blowing on it gently or using
a very soft paintbrush. Do not touch the sail and the rigging. On
no account use water or cleaning fluid of any kind.
Are ship miniatures
available in scales other than 1:400 (32'-1'')?
Yes, as a special order.
Are the ship miniatures
available separately in their own glass domes or cases?
Yes, as a special order.
Can individual
maritime objects be ordered independently of the ship miniatures?
Yes, as a special order.
What types of ship
will I NOT find at Maritime Mystiques?
We do not intend to produce modern warships and passenger ships.
